New artist - PAUL BEDSER

Welcome to Paul Bedser who joins Unseen this month.
Paul draws inspiration from a diverse range of subjects, from Japanese pop-art, Victorian design to European folk art and animation. His bold style combined with decorative elements reflect his passion for combining the old and the new, and has been seen on billboards for Vodafone, commissioned for editorial pieces such as for the European style magazine WAD, and used in animation for MTV.

New artist - PIPA

We are delighted to welcome Brazilian artist Pipa to the Unseen roster. She describes her work as 'repetitions that produce optical misunderstandings and illusions'. An illustrator whose work is steeped in rich colour and pattern, her stunning portfolio spans several years of work with notable clients such as Bang & Olufsen, Coca-Cola, Selfridges, Vogue Japan and Penguin Books. Pipa's moving image work is equally as diverse and eye-catching, and can be seen to full effect in these short animations here.
